Nextil is a kiosk self-signup waiting list application that enables businesses to manage customer queues efficiently. Additionally, Nextil provides staff analytics, allowing businesses to monitor and analyze their staff's performance and progress. The app also facilitates the addition of service prices for the services clients request. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Nextil at any time without prior notice.
To use the features of Nextil, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to be held responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Nextil reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions or contains misleading or fraudulent information.
You agree to use Nextil only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or violate any applicable laws or regulations. You must not use Nextil to:
Nextil allows staff members to add service prices for the services clients request. Staff members are responsible for ensuring that the service prices are accurate and up to date. Nextil shall not be held liable for any discrepancies or inaccuracies in the service prices.
Nextil provides staff analytics to help businesses monitor and analyze their staff's performance and progress. The data used for staff analytics is collected from the usage of Nextil and is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Nextil and its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of Nextil or the inability to use Nextil. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if Nextil has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nextil respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Nextil, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
